In a town plagued by a series of mysterious fires, each new blaze dominates the headlines, leaving the community on edge. With every fire stoking fear and suspicion, The Fire Raisers challenges us to ask: Who is truly to blame when disaster strikes? A darkly comic and absurd play about the dangers of turning a blind eye to growing threats and the consequences of inaction.

I ❤️ MANCHESTER

A real strength of the play is the music and sound design and does wonders to build the tense atmosphere as the Biedermann’s get more and more entrenched in their situation.

THEATRE REVIEWS NORTH

the play allows the actors to create a fictional world, which they certainly do, though sometimes the real world does resemble the fictional one they inhabit.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

If this debut is anything to go by, We Merry Dancers might be lighting a fire worth raising.

This play has been a real joy to get stuck into. Not only is its topic super important, I got the chance to go absolutely crazy with sound design; and that is the reason I love what I do!
